GENERAL TERMS
Rates include: Rental of the apartment and use of swimming pool.
Rates do not include: utilities and final cleaning to be paid on arrival.
Utilities: 56.00 Euros a Person per Week for Water, Gas, Electricity, Linen
(bed/bathroom: 1 set bed linen and 2 sets bathroom linen per person per week, kitchen linen not provided).
Children from 3 to 10 years 28 euros; Children under 3 are free of charge.
Final cleaning: € 35.00 for studio apartments, € 40 for studio superior and one bedroom apartment, € 50.00 for two bedroom apartments. Fridge, kitchenware and cooking area are to be left clean on departure and free of refuge on checking out. Failure to do so will result in € 30.00 being deducted from the deposit.
Optional extra services
Midweek cleaning to ask and pay for on site: € 25.00 studio and one bedroom apartment and € 30.00 for two bedroom apartment.

Refundable security deposit: 150.00 Euros. Refundable at check out after inspection of apartment.
Arriving: It is normal policy to check in on Saturday or tuesday.(Especially in High Season).
Weekdays can be met on demand (allowed in low season ).
Checking in: Apartments can be checked in at 2pm. but usually earlier.
Balance to be paid on arrival.
Checking out: Accomodation must be vacated by 10:00 on the last day
to ensure that apartments are available to incoming clients.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Long stays 3 weeks or more: 25% discount from the 3rd week.
Early bookings: Book before 31st March 2018 and receive a 15% Discount on the accommodation price
Low season: book 2 weeks in period A- B , and receive a 20% Discount on the second week.
